Analysis of Output Contribution of Human Capital to Economic Growth in Shandong Province

Based on panel data of 17 cities of Shandong province from 2000 to 2011,the level of human capital is analyzed through the method of year of education.By employing the human capital overflow model and the valid labor model,the output contribution of human capital to economic growth in Shandong province was analyzed.Results show that Shandong province is still at the stage of economic growth driven by capital investment.So the goverment should increase human capital investment in the future to develop elonomy steadily and healthily.
