Abstract

Objective To compare the effect of three kinds of anesthesia on elderly high-risk patients with hip replacement. Methods 90 cases of high-risk patients over 70 years with hip replacement surgery in January 2010 to January 2013 were divided into three groups:A(continuous epidural anesthesia group),B(spinal anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia group),C(anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia group). The effect, intraoperative hemodynaic parameters and postoperative complications were observed. Results The three groups showed no significant anesthetic effect difference(P0.05);B,Cgroup in hemodynamic changes had no statistically significant differences(P0.05),compared with groupA,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Spinal anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia and general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia are effective.Clinical should be based on the specific circumstances.
