Abstract

In accordance with Chinese Ministry of Education to strengthen the implementation of the reform of Chinese higher education undergraduate teaching bilingual teaching ideas,and the actual situation of Chinese bilingual education,this essay tries to solve the shortages of bilingual teachers in colleges and universities,namely : develop integrated pattern of combining culture and training;details of the training and developing to do further analysis and elaboration.
