Abstract
ObjectiveTo establish an optimal extract method of paeoniflorin from Radix Paeoniae Alba with ethanol.MethodsThe content of paeoniflorin in Radix Paeoniae Alba was determined by HPLC,and the orthogonal test was carried out to optimize the extracting conditions.ResultsThe paeoniflorin in Radix Paeoniae Alba was reflux extracted with 80% ethanol twice,1h per time,8 and 6 times in volume vs weights of the Radix Paeoniae Alba, respectively.ConclusionThe concentration of ethanol and lasting time of extraction have a great influence upon the extracting efficiency of paeoniflorin.
