Abstract

Objective To study the application effect of whole course high-quality nursing in laparoscopic cholecystectomy Methods 78 patients underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from May, 2011 to May, 2013 were selected and divided into observation group and control group with 39 patients in each according to different nursing modes they received. The control group was given conventional nursing. The observation group was given whole course high-quality nursing and conventional nursing. The recovery status, psychological state and degree of satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results After the nursing intervention, the first exhaust time and ambulation time of the observation group were significantly earlier than those of the control group, postoperative hospital stay was obviously less than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P 0.05). The scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale of the observation group were evidently lower than those of the control group with statistically significant differences(P0.05). And the overall satisfaction rate of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group with statistically significant difference(P0.05). Conclusion Whole course highquality nursing can effectively reduce the degree of anxiety and depression of laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients, lays a foundation for the early rehabilitation of the patients and improve the degree of satisfaction of them, which is worthy of popularization and application in nursing work.
