Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of the perioperative implementation of the high quality clinical nursing pathway in patients who received laparoscopic cholecystectomy( LC). Method 280 gallstone disease patients who were eligibled for screening wauld be analyzed and discussed. They were randomly divided into 140 cases in the control group and 140 cases in the observation group. The control group was given routine nursing and based on this, the observation group was implemented a series of perioperative nursing intervention, then compared in hospitalization of self- evaluation of anxiety scale( SAS) scores, intestinal function recovery, the incidence of complications and satisfaction survey. Results The observation group preoperative and postoperative SAS scores were significantly lower than the control group. The difference between the two groups were statistically significant( P 0. 05); The gastrointestinal peristalsis and anal exhaust time of patients in the observation group were markedly shorter, and the complication rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups were statistically significant( P 0. 05); The hospital nursing service satisfaction surveys suggest that observation group and control group was 98. 75%,80. 71% respectively, and the difference between the two groups were statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion The perioperative implementation of high quality clinical nursing pathway can relieve patients' anxiety, promote the gastrointestinal function recovery, shorten the length of hospital stay and reduce hospitalization expenses.
