The Analysis of the Methods of Nursing Care in Gynecological Laparoscopic Operation

Abstract
Objective:To explore the method of nursing care of gynecological laparoscopic operation.Method:340 cases of patients with gynecological laparoscopic operation were chosen,and they were randomly divided into two groups,including 167 cases in the control group,173 cases in the observation group,making it comparable.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was taken with humanized nursing on the basis of the control group.Result:The operation time in the two groups was no statistical significance (P0.05).The postoperative hospital stay in the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group.The satisfaction for nursing in the observation group was significantly more than those the control group,and there were statistically significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).After the intervention of the two groups,the SAS,SDS scores compared with admission,it had declined.But the decreasing in the observation group was more significant.The differences compared between the two groups,there was statistically significant (P0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of humanistic nursing on patients with gynecological laparoscopic operation can accelerate the rehabilitation of patients,and improve the nurse-patient relationship and mental status of patients with nursing mode,and it is a scientific and feasible nursing model.
