International Experience and Inspiration on Transforming the Pattern of Circulation Industry Development

The authors analyze the basic experience about transforming the pattern of circulation industry development in developed countries from the following aspects:relying on scientific and technological progress,extensive application of information technology and network systems,adjustment and optimization of circulation industrial structure and promoting rationalization of circulation industrial structure,making great efforts to develop chain operations,logistics,e-commerce and continuously promoting the modernization of circulation method,improving the quality of practitioners and enhancing training for circulation industrial professionals,etc.The authors propose some policy recommendations for transforming the pattern of China's circulation industry,such as accelerating circulation informationization,promoting innovation in circulation industry policy and institution,cultivation and introducing more talented people and promoting modernization in circulation method.
