The Research on the Influence Factors and Development Strategies of China's Modern Circulation Industry

The modern circulation industry is the leading industry of national economy;it is playing an increasingly more important role in promoting production,guiding consumption,improving economic restructuring and transforming the pattern of economic growth;accelerating the promotion of China's modern circulation industry development and the building of modern circulation system is becoming a national strategy.But there are still some problems with China's modern circulation industry,such as the small scale of circulation enterprises,the low level of organization,the low level of modernization and the imperfect market system.To better promote the development of China's modern circulation industry and accelerate the transformation from traditional circulation industry to modern circulation industry,we should,first,introduce the Planning of Promoting the Development of Circulation Industry,confirm the leading position of circulation industry in the national economy,and establish the real modern circulation industry and modern circulation system;second,we should promote the formulation of the standard and law and regulation system for China's modern circulation industry,set up the specific management department for the circulation industry,and standardize and guarantee the development of the circulation industry;third,we should formulate the planning for the coordinate development of regional circulation markets in China,promote the regional coordinate development,and produce the pattern of market and large circulation;fourth,we should strengthen the popularization of modern IT in the circulation industry;and fifth,we should cultivate more talented people for this industry and give more support for large circulation enterprise groups.
