The Developing Prospects of the Industry of Materials Circulation and Policy

This paper describes the status quo and the main characteristics of the development of the material circulation industry in China, discusses the prospects of the development and the contributions to the national economy, puts forward the policy choice to promote the development of the materials circulation in China, and proposes that the government should issue a document of guiding principles aiming to stimulate the development of materials circulation.
