The Standards Adapted to Railway Environmental Noise

Noise standards adapted to railway environment is a disputed issue.We analyze the unfitness of GB 3096\|1993 for noise assessment in railway EIA,based on the analysis of clause expression,compiling principle,compiling illustration and theoretical in the standard.We think an adaptable noise standard in EIA should give priority to noise discharge standard.When the noise standard for city regional environment and the noise standard for railway environment being revised,the type of railway and its noise character should be sufficiently noticed,so to improve the scientific character and feasibility of the standard.
