Abstract

In this paper,several noise environment problems in EIA(Environment Impact Assessment)are analyzed and discessed,including vehicle classification,selection of background values when environment noise is predicted,assessment of noise impact on residential areas,selection and monitoring of the noise monitoring spots and the noise assessment standard of highways.Some suggestions about improving the noise prediction precision are put forward based on the analysis.
