Abstract

The sterilized time and sub-culture time, medium hardness, absorbing agents were studied for reducing the browning rate of explants in tissue culture of soft-seed Punica granatum L.The results showed that the browning control was best when the explants were sterilized by 0.1% mercury solution for 7-9 min,the explants were transferred into new medium every 10d and the treated explants were cultured on MS with agar(5 g/L)+0.1 mg/L NAA+0.1 mg/L IBA+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+30g/Lsucrose+PVP 2g/L.
