Testing Method for Countermeasure Capability of Communications Countermeasure System

Abstract
The testing principle is explained about countermeasure capability of communications countermeasure system.The assessing standard of countermeasure capability of communications countermeasure system is proposed based on response-time and counter success-rate,and the problem existed before is pointed out. A realizing method based on communications group-error-rate is proposed to judge whether the counter successes or not,and providing support for countermeasure capability test of communication countermeasure system.
