The 11 type microprocessor-based line protection, which is the typical model of first-born products made in China, is early used with a large amount in nation-wide high-voltage networks. Its popularization makes the structure and realization of relay protection optimized fundamentally, which makes our line protection step into the period of single-chipprocessor.Based on the practical problems of its operation, this paper tries to analyse and research perfectable and applicable aspects qualitatively, so as to give a reference for people who work at the field of operation and scientific research.
