Abstract

Objective Based on lots of MTT chemosensitivity assay demonstrating that the inhibited rates between cancer cells and peripheral blood lymphocytes showed positive correlation,to explore the value of the MTT prepare to make to examine the plank in peripheral blood lymphocytes for three kind of cancer patients. Methods Using Talent MTT prepare to make to examine the plank,75 peripheral blood lymphocyte samples from three kind of cancer patients were analyzed by chemosensitivity assay with 20 anticancer drugs. Results To 39 lung cancer patients, the 5 anticancer drugs had higher sensitivity and were BCNU,PTX,ADM,NVB and e-ADM;To 25 breast cancer patients, the 5 anticancer drugs were BCNU,PTX,NVB,ADM and MIT;To 11 gastric cancer patients, they were PTX,BCNU,ADM,e-ADM and Ara-C.Conclusion The MTT prepare to make to examine the plank is applicable for the chemosensitivity assessment of peripheral blood lymphocytes with the cancer patients and is of important reference value to choose chemotherapeutic drugs in clinic.
