Influence of Early-Stage Rehabilitation Nursing on Recovery of Stroke Patients

Objective To investigate the influence of early-stage rehabilitation nursing on the recovery of stroke patients. Methods 96 stroke patients were divided into two groups, with 48 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received the conventional nursing of neurology department, while patients in the observation group received the early-stage rehabilitation additionally. The abilities of daily life and conditions of neural motor functions before and after nursing of two groups were observed. Results There was no significant difference between two groups in Brathel index and Fugl-Meyer rating before nursing (P 0.05). However, after nursing, the Brathel index and Fugl-Meyer rating of the observation group were both significantly higher than those of the control group (P 0.05). Conclusions Early-stage rehabilitation nursing can improve the neural motor functions of stroke patients, and has positive significance in improving patients' life quality and recovery.
