Abstract
ObjectiveTo analyze hospital sputum, secretions, blood, bone marrow specimens from Klebsiella pneumoniae clinical distribution and antimicrobial resistance,in order to promote rational clinical use of drugs to provide a basis.MethodsFrom January 2011-December hospitalized patients, sputum, secretions, blood, bone marrow samples isolated 205 Klebsiella pneumoniae, statistics and analysis.Results205 specimens of Klebsiella pneumoniae, the clinical distribution of internal medicine accounted for 45.37%;followed by Critical Care Medicine(ICU) and surgical, respectively, accounted for 22.44%,17.07%.Klebsiella pneumoniae antimicrobial resistance rates to imipenem /cilastatin and meropenem minimum of 0%,followed by piperacillin /tazobactam,amikacin,Chennai for m star(respectively 11.84%,12.4% and 17.66%),other antibiotics such as cephalosporins, thiophene, cefuroxime, cotrimoxazole resistance rates above 50%,showed different degrees of high resistance rates, especially amoxicillin, piperacillin, for ticarcillin resistance rates as high as 100%,should arouse clinical attention.ConclusionKlebsiella pneumoniae is mainly distributed in internal medicine, many common antimicrobial resistance rates have increased.Prompt clinical rational application of antimicrobial drugs should be strengthened to effectively curb the bacterial resistance to antibiotics.
