Abstract
Bankruptcy administrators play a very important role in the process of bankruptcy. Bankruptcy administrators’ fulfilling their duty legally and farily is important to the protection of parties’ interests.The independent position of bankruptcy administrators makes the relevant main bodies’ supervision possible and the widespread authority of bankruptcy administraotrs makes the supervision necessary.In the new Bankruptcy Law, the supervision on bankruptcy administrators is mainly from the three aspects such as self supervision of the administrator, ourside supervision and the supervision of law and duty.
