Analysing some issues of the legislation of the bankruptcy administrator

Bankruptcy is an inevitable product of market oriented economy, and it is the market's inner need for achieving the optimization distribution and use of the resources, and also an effective way to help improve social competitive power. While the bankruptcy administrator holds an important position during the whole bankruptcy procedure. Whether the bankruptcy administrator system is perfect or not has a strong influence on carrying out the bankruptcy procedure, and even on the interests of bankruptcy creditors. The present legislation of China's bankruptcy can no longer meet the need for building an all round well off society. So based on comparing and analyzing legislations of bankruptcy administrator in different countries, this paper probes into how to revise ,enrich and perfect the legislation of bankruptcy administrator in our country.
