Children's chronic nasosinusitis of operative treatment by nasal endoscopic sinus operation

Objective To probe into main factors of influencing curative efects and relevant problems through clinical analysis of children chronic nasosinusitis by nasal endoscope sinus operation.Methods In 52 cases of chronic nasosinusitis children(92 sides),the course of disease was 1 to 11 years.All the operation were finished under general anesthesia according to functional endoscopic operation principle by nasal endoscopic sinus operation.All the cases were followed up by regular visits for more than one year after the operation.Results 24 cases were cured;20 cases were improved;8 cases were invalid;total efficient rate was 85.21%.36 cases have some mainly complications such as adhesion,ostium narrow or obstruction;total number of the postoperative complication was accounting for 69.2%.Conclusion It is an effective method to treat children's chronic nasosinusitis by nasal endoscopic sinus operation.Howerer because children's nasal cavity is narrow,and the mucous membrance is obviously swell,operative cavity is difficultly to deal with in succession after the operation,adhesion and ostium obstruction of operative cavity is relatively high to happen.It becomes an important treatment means after the operation by controling allergy and inflammation hydroncus at this moment.
