Abstract

The implementation of educational innovation is the theme in the 21st century higher education while the innovation of teaching management is the prerequisite of the implementation of educational innovation.Therefore,it is a powerful guarantee for the implementation of educational innovation to promote the innovation of teaching management and strengthen the teaching management by means of the idea,system and methods of the teaching management so as to lift the teaching quality and the talent-training quality of the institutions of higher learning.
