The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of overweight and obesity included excess salt and greasiness diet( OR = 1. 767),40 ~ 60 years old( OR = 2. 183),physical exercise( OR value is 2. 065 when people takes physical exercise 3 to 4 times a week,OR value is 3. 082 when people takes physical exercise over 5 times a week),and female( OR = 0. 245). [Conclusion]The prevalence of overweight and obesity is high among civil servants in Xicheng District of Beijing. In future, the intervention of overweight and obesity should be strengthened.Meanwhile,it is necessary to pay more attention to healthy population to reduce the incidence rate of overweight and obesity.
