Abstract

Covalently closed circular DNA(cccDNA)is the primitive template for viral replication of hepatitis B virus,and have great significance for hepatitis B virus replication.It is very difficult to be eliminated by using drugs.Recently,great progresses had been achieved on the study of cccDNA.Scholars had carried out wide research about cccDNA detection of different samples and its clinical elimination.This article reviews study progresses about covalently closed circular DNA(cccDNA) of hepatitis B virus.
