The Research of Shanxi Merchants' Business Education in Ming and Qing Dynasties

In Ming and Qing Dynasties,Shanxi merchants had created the brilliance of business for more than five centuries.This paper illustrates that it was closely related to Shanxi merchants' attaching great importance to business education.Shanxi merchants not only focused on their children's training of business ethics,but also paid attention to their training of business knowledge and skills,which would lay a solid foundation for their entrance into the business.This papper probes this phenomenon in order to be useful for modern business.
