Abstract

During the Ming and Qing Dynasty,Shanxi merchants created a magnificent and bright age both in Chinese commercial history and in Europe and Asia.During their long development process,they formed the prominent commercial ethics of their own,in which honesty and credibility,justice and fairness were valued.These commercial ethics not only make Shanxi merchants succeed in their bussiness,but also provide valuable experiences in today's enterprise management.
