On Strengthening the Vocational Talents Training of Higher Vocational Students

In recent years, higher vocational technical education has developed rapidly. How can the higher vocational colleges effectively foster synthesis vocational ability students become a major problem which urgently awaits to be solved now. Starting from the vocational ability definition, this article analyzes the vocational ability connotation, then from the students, education flaws of professinonal college and the social environment, analyzes the existing questions, then proposes the measures in fostering the students'vocational abilitys in professiona colleges.
