Abstract
Taking the leaves of strawberry‘Jingyao'as explants, the effect of different hormone combination,AgNO3and dark culture on adventitious bud were investigated. The results showed that the optimum medium for adventitious bud regeneration was MS supplenmented with 1.0mg/L thidiazuron(TDZ),0.4mg/L indole-3-butyric acid(IBA)and 2.0mg/L AgNO3,under this conditions, the isolated regeneration rate of adventitious bud from leaf explant reached 70.3%,and the average number of regenerated buds reached 4.2;AgNO3could effectively restrain strawberry leaf vitrification and brown stain;dark treatment promoted adventitious bud differentiation of strawberry leafs, the best time of dark treatment was 14d.
