Abstract
In order to build a stable adventitious bud regeneration system of strawberry and lay a foundation for genetic improvement of genetic engineering, taking sterile system leaves of Hongjia and Zhangji as explants, the effects of culture medium,dark-processing time and leaf age on adventitious bud regeneration were studied. The results showed that, medium of MS+B5 +TDZ(3.0)+NAA(0.1)got the highest regeneration rate and the average number of regeneration buds was the most.Dark culture for 14 days could effectively promote the regeneration of adventitious buds. The best leaf age of adventitious bud regeneration was 40days,and the regeneration rate of Hongjia and Zhangji was 94.17% and 95.83% respectively.
