Clinical Analysis of Chromosomal Karyotype of 196 Couples with Cacoethic Pregnancy

Objective To analyze chromosome karyotype of 196 couples with cacoethic pregnancy and to investigate the relationship of chromosome aberration and its phenotypic effects.Method The peripheral blood lymphocyte culture and chromosome analysis of G-banding were undergone.Results 28 cases of abnormal chromosome were detected in 196 couples with cacoethic pregnancy(14.28%).Among them,autosomal structural abnormality accounted for 75.0%;the number of sex chromosome abnormality accounted for 7.15%;the structural of sex chromosome abnormality accounted for 17.85 %.Conclusions The chromosomal aberration was an important factor leading to infertility,repeated spontaneous abortion,stillbirth monsters.For patients with the history of cacoethic pregnancy,the chromosome of both husband and wife should be determined in order to exclude the possibility of chromosomal aberration.
