Abstract
Objective:To study the preparation of baicalin dispersible tablet and determination of its dissolution rate. Methods:The excipients and baicalin were blended into a stable homogeneous mixture by using trituration. The tablets was prepared by using direct compression process and the dissolution of the tablets was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method. Results:The baicalin was provided with a good linear range of 10~100μ/mL;the average recovery was 100.60% and RSD of 1.96%;the cumulative dissolution percentage exceeded 75% in 120 min. Conclusion:The preparation method is simple and easy to operate. The dissolution result was stable and reliable.
