Abstract
The paper analyzes ecological civilization in light of scientific development concept,and points out that ecological civilization is the harmonious development of economic society and ecological environment.It embodies material,spiritual and political civilizations through the relationship between nature and social ecology,and it is a necessary state in the process of longing for the continual social development.The promotion of ecological civilization and the construction of a resource-economical and environment-friendly society are the necessary summary of the scientific-development view as well as the best choice to fulfill the task of sustainable social development.
