Abstract

This article conducted research on measurement of trace silver in geological samples by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. After dissolved in tetracid,Trace silver in geological samples was measured by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry in medium of HCl(3mol/L)while EDTA-ascorbic acid solution was used as matrix interference modifier. The detection limit was 0.051ng/mL,and the precision(RSD,N=11)was 5.91%~12.83%.The method meets the requirements on accuracy and precision of silver measurement within the range of w(Ag)/10-6=0.03 to 5.
