The coastal urban belt is a world tidal current of the development of regional economy. The coastal city has been developed quickly, but it has not rounded into coastal urban belt since the reform and opening in China. It needs a general strategic thinking on how to go on the current of economic globalization, district integration and the internationalization of enterprise on the accomplishing of economic region of coastal urban belt that bring along the nationwide modernization and bring into play the effect of internationalization. Videlicet, we want to accurately plan the coastal urban belt of our country and constitute the boosted policy of coastal urban belt by the precondition of realizing the strategic status of the economic region of coastal urban belt.
