Coastal economic region is the focus of the development of our national economy,and it is also the most intensive region concerning the construction of urban agglomeration.Promoting the formation of the coastal economic region is not only helpful for the Modernization of China,but the harmonious development of the regional economy.Therefore,it is required to speed up infrastructural construction,so that the coastal regions can be promoted to join as one.Breaking up the limit from the administrative regions,promoting free flowing of the productive elements among the regions to promote the integration of the coastal economic regions;the agreement to promote the formation of the coastal economic area is required among the local governments,and the construction of the urban agglomeration shall be the leader for driving the coastal regions develop first.
