Abstract

To measure NO,ET,hs-CRP,TNF-α and adiponectin levels and to analyse relationships among them in 68 patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) and 20 control subjects(group A),the coronary heart disease subjects according to their blood total cholesterol(TC) level were divided into simple CHD group(B,n=32) and CHD with hypercholesterolemia group(C,n=36).Fasting TC,NO,ET,hs-CRP,TNF-α and adiponectin concentrations were measured in all subjects. The relationships among these factors were analyzed. The serum ET,hs-CRP,TNF-α levels in group B were significantly higher than those in group A,while serum NO and adiponectin levels were significantly lower in group B than those in group A.Adiponectin level was significantly correlated with coronary artery stenosis degree.TC,hs-CRP and adiponectin levels are good indexes in evaluating the CHD.
