Studies on Extraction Process for Huoxuequyu Granules

Abstract

Objective To study on the best water extraction process of Huoxuequyu granules.Methods The procedures were evaluated for yield of extraction.the content of the przewatanshinquinone and optimized by orthogonal design with table L9(34).Results Conclution The optimum watering extraction process of Huoxuequyu Granules was that water of 8 times as much as drags were added and extracted 3 times,with 1.5 hours for each time.
