The therapeutic effects of simvastatin on the patients with hyperlipemia

Abstract

Objective To study The therapeutic effects of simvastatin on the patients with hyperlipemia.Methods Three hundrens cases with hyperlipemia were summarized retrospectively,in whom oral simvastatin 10mg/d was used for 12 weeks.The total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG) and low-density lipoprotein(LDL) were measured before and on the 4th and 12th week after treatment.Results Compared with those before TC,TG and LDL were significantly improved after treatment(P0.05).Conclusion Simvastatin has good therapeutic effects on the patients with hyperlipemia.
