On the basis of analyzing twenty eight enterprises that have declined or eninto crisis some period of time ago, the author systematically puts forward the enterprise crisis definition, signs, types that are classified into accident crisis, organization crisis, function crisis and strategy crisis according to the factors enterprise can influence. The author also gives some suggestions of how to prevent crisis and how to deal with the crisis.
