Crisis Capital of Enterprises:Establishing Crisis Management System on Classification of Crisis

In this paper,crisis is classified into 6 types as systemic economic crisis,sporadic economic turbulence,systemic industrial crisis,sporadic industrial crisis,systemic enterprise crisis and sporadic enterprise crisis,according to the space variables and time variables that induce crisis.An enterprise is supposed to have different crisis management while the mechanism and characteristics of crisis are varied.This paper claims that,a crisis management system of enterprises should be rooted in crisis management with restoring crisis capital in daily operation,other than crisis public relation afterwards.We specify 5 existing forms of crisis capital and provide suggestions for enterprises to establish a crisis management system.
