Abstract
Objective To survey the effects of different cardiac geometric remodeling in cardiac function. Methods 150 cases hypertension patients(50 cases normal patterns, 50 cases concentric and 50 cases eccentric remodeling) and 50 cases normal subjects as controls. Cardiac systolic function indies FS and EF, diastolic function indies E, A, DT, E/A were determined by ecocardiography. Results Systolic function was decrease only in ecentric remodeling group, the diastolic function was decrease in all hypertensive patients. Conclusion The cardiac function is different in the different left ventricular pattern.\;
