Abstract
With the extended recruitment and the reform of internal management constantly deepened, the work for university students' affairs is confronted with many problems and challenges. Under new situations, it is one of effective approaches, for the better work for university students' affairs to enhance the construction of management system and improve the efficiency of the work for students' affairs.
