Research of Present Situation and Its Development of College Student Affairs Management in China

Aiming at the problems the degree to attaching the importance to the management and the scientificalness of the management are not higher,the impeded information communication of management system,the students’ rights protection mechanism is not perfect,the management process pay more attention to the process but ignore the services,and the functions of the management are single,which currently existing in the university student affairs of our country management,the article explored the new path for the healthy development of college student affairs management in China,and put forward corresponding settlement by improve the professional level of the student work management team,innovating the management mechanism of students affairs,improving the students’ work methods and means,establishing the idea of student-centered and the consciousness of service paramount,etc..
