Effect Experiment of Triclabendazofe Tablet agent on Deworming of Yak's Fasciola Hepatica

Selecting 75 yaks aged 6-8 months which naturally infected with Fasciola hepatica were used to carry out the experiment effect of Triclabendazofe suspension Agent,The results showed ①The negative rate and reductive rate of Fasciola hepatica ova and the deworming rate of adult parasite were all 100% at dosage of 5mg/kg,10mg/kg,15mg/kg of body weight,The deworming rate of Fasciola hepatica larvae were 93.55%,100% and 100%,resp.②Effect of deworming Fasciola hepaticau using Triclabendazofe suspension at dosage of 10mg/kg was not obvious difference compare with the same dosage of controlling Triclabendazofe teblet.③The yak using three dosage did not appear abnormal reaction.The experiment proved that 5mg/kg,10mg/kg,15mg/kg of Triclabendazofe suspension were effective and safe for deworming yak Fasciola hepatica,5~10mg/kg have good effect and economy.
