Comparison Experiment of Effect of Niclofalan and Rafoxanide on DewormingFasciola hepatia in Sheep

Abstract
Niclofalan and refoxanide were used to conduct the comparison experiment of effect on Deworming Fasciola hepatica in sheep.The results showed that the decrease rate of parasite eggs was 96.17% when the dose of niclofalan was 5mg/kg;the decrease rate of parasite eggs was 96.17% when the dose of refoxanide was 13mg/kg.The deworming effect of niclofalan and refoxanide were similar,but bigger dose of niclofalan had the toxic reaction and smaller dose of niclofalan could be decreased the deworming effect.It was proposed that deworming Fasciola hepatica in sheep should be used refoxanide.
