Farmers' Rights and Interests Guarantee,Land Requisition Will and Land Requisition System Reform——A Demonstrative Study Based on Jiangsu Province

It is significant for vindicating farmers' rights and interests and building harmonious society to study the relationship between the guarantee of farmers' rights and interests and their will of land requisition and perfect the current land requisition system. Employing Logistic model,this paper conducts a quantitative analysis of farmers' guarantee of rights and interests and their will of land requisition based on 126 availability samples collected from five villages of four towns in Jiangsu Province.The results show that the main factors influencing farmers' will of land requisition are the protection of economic rights and interests,the foundation of social security system and the availability of redress mechanism.To ensure smooth progress of land requisition,land requisition system reform should focus on the main factors affecting farmers' land requisition will.Such measures should be taken as increasing the protection of the interests of farmers' economy,speeding up the research and construction process ofLand for Social Security, and building a new type of redress mechanisms for land disputes.
