Deepen the Reform of Rural land Requisition System——Based on the Protection of Farmers' Interests in land Perspective

This article from the perspective of the protection of farmers' land rights describes the existing land requisition system against the interests of farmers' land,believes that the farmers lack the power to protect their own interests and subject to public-private concept shackles。The government has the interests' impulse to against the farmers' land rights,defining the public interest and developing compensation standard exist practical problems,these are the reasons why repeated infringement of farmers' land rights.For this,to effectively protect farmers' land rights,we must clearly define the public interest,add the market price mechanism to the land market;improve the land requisition compensation standards and content;improve the social security system;establish an effective restraint mechanism,construction the government under the rule of law etc.
