Abstract

Objective: To observe the effects of plasma protein and antioxidantion of glutamine and arginine in traumatic rats. Methods: 32 SD rats were randomly divided into four groups: A group(Traumatic control group,), B group ( Gln ), C group ( Arg ), D group ( Gln-Arg ). The rats in all groups were inflicted with soft tissue trauma on the back. Results: The serum contents of TP, Alb, Pa, Fn, Trf in B, C and D group were significantly higher than those in A group(P0.05), while the level of TP and Trf in B,D group were obviously higher than those in C group(P0.05),while the level of Pa and Fn in D group were obviously higher than those in other three groups(P0.05). The SOD in B,C, D groups were obviously higher than that in A group (P0.05), moreover SOD in B,D groups were obviously higher than that in C group (P0.05),while the MDA in B,D groups were distinctly lower than that in A,C groups (P0.05). Conclusion:Administration of Gln or Arg may significantly improve the levels of plasma protein and antioxidation in traumatic rats, combine Gln with Arg may improve the effect.
