Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical nursing pathway in the implementation of whole hysterectomy. Methods Sixty patients with uterine fibroids surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group. The observation group implemented clinical nursing pathway while the other group adopted the conventional care method. This way,we can compare two sets of clinical nursing effects. Results Obviously, the patients in the observation group spent less time on treatment, and the hospitalization cost was reduced a lot.In addition, the patients and their families had a good command of the health knowledge, and were more satisfied with the treatment. So,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P0.01).Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway can improve the effect of the health education and the public's recognition.Meanwhile, reducing the hospitalization cost and the time the patients spend on treatment can create better social benefits, and improve medical and nursing quality as well.
