Abstract

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects about the opreation of dual-incision phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy in cataract and glaucoma patients. Methods Tewety-four patients(32 eyes)with cataract and glaucoma were included in this retrospective study for two years. The follow up time was 1~3 months after surgery, observe the eyesight、pressure and complications. Results Totally there were 32 individual eyes,in which the eye eyesight of 1eye(3.13%)Lower than 0.1,2 eyes(6.25%) ranged from 0.1 to 0.3;25 eyes(78.12%)from 0.3 to 0.8;4 eyes(12.5%)exceeded 1.0.30 eyes got effective control on postoperative intraocular pressure,Postoperative shallow anterior chamber in 2 eyes, and postoperative intraocular pressure lower than normal(9 mm Hg);All above had been obviously improved. Conclusion It is an ideal operation that dual-incision phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy in cataract and glaucoma patients, and has the advantages of simple operation, good treatment effect.
